What is DiSC®? Deepen your understanding of yourself and others

DiSC® serves as a personal assessment tool relied upon by over a million individuals annually to enhance teamwork, communication, and productivity in professional settings. Organizations and facilitators leverage these profiles to spark cultural shifts, fostering enduring behavioral transformations that enhance their workforce dynamics.

The Everything DiSC® model comprises four fundamental personality types: D, i, S, and C styles

dominance (d):

Dominance (D): People with a dominance style tend to be direct, decisive, and assertive. They are results-oriented and prefer taking charge of situations. They may be seen as confident and ambitious, but they can also be perceived as aggressive or controlling.

Steadiness (S):

 Individuals with an influence style are outgoing, enthusiastic, and sociable. They enjoy interacting with others and often seek to persuade and inspire. They are optimistic and creative, thriving in environments where they can collaborate and share ideas. However, they may sometimes struggle with attention to detail and following through on tasks.

 Those with a steadiness style are dependable, patient, and empathetic. They value cooperation and harmony in their relationships and work environments. They are supportive team players who prioritize stability and consistency. While they excel at building relationships and maintaining peace, they may struggle with change or making quick decisions.

People with a conscientiousness style are analytical, detail-oriented, and systematic. They focus on accuracy and precision in their work and decision-making processes. They are organized and value quality and reliability. While they excel at planning and problem-solving, they may sometimes appear overly critical or resistant to change.
